You can tell if you have an important job that is yours because you have special skills and more ability than others in the job by asking yourself how easily you can be replaced. Usually the higher up the job ladder you are the more trouble it will be to find someone qualified to replace you. An mlm rep is one of the most replaceable posititons to be in. You're a dime a dozen, and you dont do anything special that takes actual advanced skill. 3rd graders can operate Zoom, send messages, and lie to their friends and family
