Too much effort for a second income. Also, I like that in Europe recruiters encourage to see Yearly income disclosure while in Usa videos I never heard that (not Monat, Scentsy or OTP). Because if it’s business I care more about expences and profit, not about amazing community and support.

Natürlich tarnen sie sich dabei im ersten Schritt als Online Marketing Mentorinnen. Wish I'd been able to do that with Orville & Heidi's interminable drone of mediocrity and disrespect released earlier this week. They seem to view hobbyist distributors as lazy consultants who can't be bothered to 'work their business' and who just need a bit of a push to get them working and bringing customers in. They are completely missing the fundamental point that we hobbyists just joined to purchase discounted products. We have no intention of getting involved in MLM selling, otherwise we would have done before now. I, for one, will not be signing the new Scentsy contract on 1 April, and i suspect those who do will pack it in once their 250 prv month comes round. This will have a huge impact on Scentsy for, although we might not buy huge amounts individually, there are many thousands of us out there.

Genau geht es um die individuellen (psychischen, sozialen und finanziellen) Auswirkungen der Teilnahme an solchen Strukturen. Ich führe dafür eine qualitative Studie durch und suche dringend Personen, die bereits in solch einem Unternehmen gearbeitet haben und mittlerweile ausgestiegen sind und bereit wären, in einem Interview (natürlich anonym) darüber zu sprechen. Forschung in diesem Bereich ist, besonders im deutschsprachigen Raum, noch viel zu wenig vorhanden, obwohl das Thema mittlerweile so allgegenwärtig ist. I always wonder about the parents of these tiktokers who I realize are ‘adult age’ I won’t be calling them adults. My mother would tell me to cut it OUT & stop acting like an entitled brat on social media cuz I’m embarrassing myself & my family who didn’t raise me like that. I’ve thought this so many times! Business owners are allowed to discriminate based on behavior. If you are in a coffee shop shouting, yelling, harassing other customers, harassing the staff, sealing things, being lewd, or any other unpleasant behaviors people use, then yeah, they can kick you out and let the others be in peace. Not that Adriel did all of these things, but I believe her getting banned was based on some of her own bad behavior on TikTok that could hurt their business of people associated their shop with her TikTok, not because she has a camera.

People in the US really misunderstand the freedom of speech and right to assembly. It means that the *government* can't prohibit speech. That's why neo-n***s can get permits to have a march. That doesn't mean that local businesses have to serve them. True story: in 2003, i went to the CNN center for some food. They had a good food court and i went to uni near where they're located. I had a sign i had made protesting the iraq war on my back pack and, when i refused to take it off, they refused me entry. The city of Atlanta coouldn't tell me to take the sign off but the CNN Center, a private business, could. And did. And they had the right to refuse me entry when they didn't like what i had to say.

It's amazing to me how many Americans don't know what free speech actually means. Filming everywhere? Here its not allowed to film military or police on duty or their homes. Due to problems with criminal organizations; yes they are filmed when there’s trouble. Im not even a influencer but the only pictures of my food for maybe my facebook and tag the place and what i had. But my Facebook account is private for only my family and friends to see. I wouldn’t like to be in videos or pictures of influencers due my family dynamics. But I’ve seen angry faces due i walked in frame unaware or my dogs come to close although they walked near my legs but they walking backwards without any regard and looked like my dog ate their leg!
