That's lovely. I plan to move to Qatar in a few months. I have some questions and who better to answer them than someone who's lived there for 12 years, haha! How may I reach out to you, please? Do you mind dropping an email address?
@@smokydiyeap1373 thank you for your response. Since I’ll be asking here, I’ll just limit the questions. 1) If I’m to come to Qatar on a tourist visa, is it possible for me to switch that visa and get a residence permit? If that’s possible, I’d like to know how it’s done 2) Do you know of any legit site or way I can get a job offer before coming?
I've been living in Qatar for almost a year now and yes Qatar is one of the most beautiful countries and what makes it beautiful and unique is it's local people and the amount of respect they show, I've been living for almost a year now and still now I never encountered a bad situation or an arrogant person, I seriously highly admire this country and it's people

I am so glad people are seeing the country in a positive light, and reading these nice comments as well make me happy. Many folks struggling to cover basic expenses often face this challenge because they didn't save enough during their working years. The choices made in preparing for retirement have significant impacts, as seen in my own family. Different investment strategies led to different outcomes. With guidance from a financial advisor, I'm now enjoying my retirement.
It's a shame that many don't have this information, leading to anxiety. For me, I've made over $35k effortlessly with an advisor, consistently getting returns despite economic changes - the best part is, it doesn't demand much effort.

I used to live there! I spent my Fridays at the skating rink in the City Center. It's crazy to see how built up the city is now. Believe it or not but in 2000 the tallest building there was the Sheraton Hotel. Which is the pyramid looking building. Its great to see the all the growth there has been in the country.

We have metro stations which are much easier and convenient compared to Uber and taxi prices. It’s an interesting experience, although I would’ve recommended many other touristy places in Qatar which can be both convenient and beautiful😄
Haha! we also usually walk BUT not in the sunny morning. mostly you can see people walking around the sunset or evening. I live in Doha so I am enjoying watching this.

You must visit doha before Fifa. Lots of changes already since your first visit. Railways already functional and will connect you from almost all great places in Qatar. I worked there and I so loved it. Would go back if given a chance to visit or even to work. Missing Qatar though. Thanks for this. Remind me of the beautiful Qatar and it's people.
Wow, that skyline can definitely compete with the one in Shanghai! Just a tiny suggestion off-topic. I think your Chinese name looks even better written in it's traditional form 凱婭.
i can't get over how cute you are, damn girl!! your videos are honestly so inspiring and motivating that you finally got me to start my own youtube channel. so thank you so much for being such an inspiration!!
I have also lived in Qatar for seven years, it is a beautiful place, I have some of the best memories, if I had the chance I would go back to live there, I love this country very much ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Kaja great video! I am planning a very similar trip, I travel to Thailand and I plan to stay in Doha for 1-2 days. How to book the hotel to get the discount?
Wow great video though but I have a question. Do you have to buy another ticket to Bali or the ticket you purchased earlier was from your home country to Bali and you were layover in Qatar? And yes, how much would it be in USD to rent the same hotel room u rented. Many thanks in advance 🙏
I was wondering if/how you consider or reconcile political issues in countries you want to visit/live in? I don't wanna start some big argument or get into specifics or whataboutism, but it's something I struggle with, finding somewhere to draw the line and balancing my biases. For example, North Korea feels like it's clearly past that line, in terms of human rights abuses. So much so that I don't think I could bring myself to visit, since it would be supporting the oppressive government by extension. Is there a line for you? But Qatar has many... questionable practices, as does say China, even though I'm very interested in the latter and you've kinda sold me on the former with this video (nicely done btw)! Then again, you could equally point out shady practices and histories of Western nations, so it's tough.
Before visiting qatar I recommend you visit qatar Airways office near you and take needed information about qatar .. Come visit the country and don’t waste your time having many thoughts on issues that won’t affect you as a tourist. If you decide to be a tourist then you will enjoy visiting qatar( advice by Qatar Airways) If want to discuss and negotiate and have your mouth speak up endlessly Go to speaker corner in hyde park London and spend your life there . 😁😁😁
Doha is so clean but they cleans their city the same way guys do when their girlfriends come over - by hiding everything under the rug. Doha or many Middle Eastern cities aren’t really what you see, there’s massive inequality, gross human right violations and women are suppressed. The fact that many of the people engaged in blue collar jobs are Africans, south Asians or South-East Asians and those in white collar jobs are usually Europeans or local actually paints the real picture of Doha. Doha is still very very conservative, and ideas which even European far right political parties won’t dare. come up with is a reality in Qatar. One another note, because of barbaric punishments, Qatar is an extremely safe city. But, it’s a city built on blood, and by exploitation of poverty. Do you know how many people actually died building this skyline in these Middle Eastern cities?
Haha how many people died in world war I and world war II ? What is the death rate in cancer in all the planet? Come on as a tourist you enjoy as a one Search for mice under old furniture you will be a stray unwanted cat need to be away anyhow. Search for dust in all and every country and will see no place to be visited except the grave yard Be happy will see happy life By dramatic old zenthabie widow wrongdoer witch .. then you are a horned witch . 🥰

That is the sound of the call to prayer, the call to Muslims to carry out the obligation of prayer (mosque), according to the teachings of Islam itself, there are 5 times a day, just like worship in most religions, the purpose of remembering and praying to God, the contents of the call to prayer itself in the form of praising the greatness and majesty God in Islam is called ALLAH 🙏

Wow it looks beautiful. I like the skyscrapers. It looks so modern.
I love Qatar, I’m staying in doha...😍

You must visit doha before Fifa. Lots of changes already since your first visit. Railways already functional and will connect you from almost all great places in Qatar. I worked there and I so loved it. Would go back if given a chance to visit or even to work. Missing Qatar though. Thanks for this. Remind me of the beautiful Qatar and it's people.
My wife and I are debating on going to the World Cup here. But don't know if we should. Do you recommend it?
Yes you should definitely!!
Wow, that skyline can definitely compete with the one in Shanghai!
Just a tiny suggestion off-topic. I think your Chinese name looks even better written in it's traditional form 凱婭.
I don't think I can change it now tho ;p i got to used to the way it looks
I am planning to visit end of September 2024… first time..looking forward to it. Thanks for the information:)

I lived in Qatar for many years, and this brings back a lot of nostalgia 😫
❤️
ive never traveled alone, PERIOD, so i would be terrified if i did this!
It's fun of course it can be challenging. It's great to have freedom to go where you want and see what you want to see.
i lived in qatar 7 years ago when i was 9, so many great memories made there. i miss it so much
Cool! Put in my bucket list ;)
I can’t believe you were able to travel during the pandemic! And you went early into the pandemic, as it had just broken in March wow!!!

I have also lived in Qatar for seven years, it is a beautiful place, I have some of the best memories, if I had the chance I would go back to live there, I love this country very much ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Im amazed with the cleanliness ❤
Loved this video! So respectful & insightful
Thank you!!
Thank you for staying at Marriott Marquis,. ❤️
Kaja great video! I am planning a very similar trip, I travel to Thailand and I plan to stay in Doha for 1-2 days. How to book the hotel to get the discount?
The round building we call it "Condom Tower"
😂😂😂 Hell yeah
Wow great video though but I have a question. Do you have to buy another ticket to Bali or the ticket you purchased earlier was from your home country to Bali and you were layover in Qatar? And yes, how much would it be in USD to rent the same hotel room u rented. Many thanks in advance 🙏
12:53 that is hummus not homemade yogurt! 🤦♂️

@@KajaKubicka I live in Qatar ik what that is.
But u could still call it youghurt 👌🏽
It looked like labaneh
Thats not hummus or yougot its labna
That is imaging video, good informations, best views to see. I am so happy to find you here ! Thanks
🙏🏼😊
If you decide to be a tourist then you will enjoy visiting qatar( advice by Qatar Airways)
If want to discuss and negotiate and have your mouth speak up endlessly
Go to speaker corner in hyde park London and spend your life there . 😁😁😁
Great vid. Did you find luggae storage facility at airport ?
Come on as a tourist you enjoy as a one
Search for mice under old furniture you will be a stray unwanted cat need to be away anyhow.
Search for dust in all and every country and will see no place to be visited except the grave yard
Be happy will see happy life
