Blocket bostad is the most commonly used website to find houses for renting across Sweden.....but this is mostly second hand contracts. For first hand contracts you need to be registered and be in a queue. In someplaces like Stockholm this may take years until you accumulate enough points to secure a first hand rental contract. And yes, the rental prices have seen a slight increase since this video was made. Yes, true. The biggest difference you will notice between the South (Lund, Malmö) and North (Stockholm) is the house rents and the public transportation card costs.
