Also, If you are planing on buying a house in the Stockholm region, I would recommend building one instead. It is slightly cheaper and you get a new house. The whole process takes only a few months if you buy a prefabricated house.

Depends how ur family wants to accommodate.. if both of ur kids likes to share the room then 3room apartment should be fine.. which will 2bedroom,1living room n kitchen..
