I put one drop or one spray equivalent on the center of my breastbone. I work 6 hour shift at a restaurant and when I clock on, people freaking love it. At the end of the night when I’m covered in sweat, dish soap and floor cleaner you can’t even smell it and we all want to go home. Anyways, one drop or spray on the center of the chest is all I need to have a good night. Also I shower with Dove white bar and I use deodorant with minimal scents because you don’t want to smell like deodorant, soap and body spray. Pick a scent and capitalize on it and the other two make them light. The 3 scents I use are soap, deodorant and body spray or cologne etc., oils etc. just don’t make all 3 strong just pick one and have the other 2 to do their job for your shift.

Body spray is usually enough, I would not recommend adding body spray with cologne as you will delude the cologne. Cologne should be used when you're using regular under arm deodorant or going out somewhere nice. When applying any fragrance you do not want to over do it as smelling too good can be just as bad as smelling bad to some people. It can be overwhelming.

It's expensive, say £40 for 100ml - high concentration of fragrance oil and alcohol mixed liquid comes in bottle. Applied and long lasting on cloths but can also applied on skin. 2. Cologne (EDC). Less expensive, say £20 for 100ml - ingredients same like EDT but less concentration of fragrance oil. Applied on cloths when at home, meaning less strong and short lasting. 3. Body spray. Cheap, say £15 for 150ml - ingredients same like EDT and cologne but a lot less concentration of fragrance oil comes in aerosol. Applied only to skin but long lasting than cologne and stays closer to EDT. If you sweat, then body spray becomes ineffective!! 3A. Deodorant body spray, say £3 for 150ml - Same ingredients as in 3 + more for sweat. This will make your skin smell good during sweating BUT it fades of and you can smell sweat afterwards. If you sweat, then body spray becomes ineffective!! 3B. Antiperspirant deodorant, say £3 for 150ml - Same ingredients as in 3A + forms a white layer on skin. This dissolves into the sweat on the skin, stops sweat and contain a fragrance at the same time. This doesn't spread smell like 3 or 3A, but you won't smell sweat at all! 4. Aftershave. Cheaper than cologne, say £7 for 100ml - Mainly used after having a shave. Same ingredients as in 2 + it contains an antiseptic agent such as denatured alcohol, stearate citrate or witch hazel to prevent infection of cuts, as well as to act as an astringent to reduce skin irritation, and also make you smell good for a short while, less than cologne. HOW TO WEAR SCENT(DROWNING - strong and long lasting): i. Spray 3B to your armpits ii. Spray 3 or 3A to your neck, chest and back iii. Spray EDT on both shoulders of shirt/T/jumper/cardigan/blazer/jacket/coat etc (as you walk, wind takes your smell with it) You have to repeat either 3, 3A or 1 every four to six hours to smell the same throughout the day. Note; when you go to bed at night, apply 3B and 2 or 4. This will keep you smell nice but not strong. Your partner would love smelling you. Ahem...ahem...;)

Yes, the body sprays aren't good substitute for deodorant, But there is body spary and deodorant.
I sometimes get carried away with how much body spray I use, like with Axe I use too much sometimes and that stuff can be strong in scent.
