It really depends on the fragrance as well. You can get away with 7 sprays of Prada L’homme but choke everyone out with 3 sprays of black orchid which is extremely potent. 5 is a good balance but knowing your fragrance and its abilities is best.
One full spray of Black Orchid and I have to keep the distance from that person for the whole night :))

@@ramenmalik3515 the reformulated version with the plastic cap is said to not be as strong as the original, so spraying more won't hurt. i have the reformulated version and i think i easily did 5-6 sprays last time i wore it.

If you're in a plane ....then spraying by the ears will be closer to the person sitting next to you. You said behind the ears was less intrusive in areas like trains and planes. Great video as always, brother.

I had some people in the office complain about how strong Mancera Red Tobacco was, and i did 2 sprays. But 90%+ loved it. That perfume is such a monster, girls come into the office and from 5-6 meters away they smell it, even after one spray.
You have to plan your day when you wear Red Tobacco. I usually have to get up early and wear it for about two hours before I go out and expose myself to people. That's about how long it takes for that intense Cherry Benadryl note to dissipate on me. Once that's gone, it's incredible!

I think the neck (on the sides) is the perfect place, because it spreads it subtly due to the fact your heart is beating. And you have arteris there bouncing off the skin, thus createing the wave effect for smell.
I spray at last 10+ sprays, our hot weather will evaporate any perfume dry no matter how strong it is ☀️☀️

I like spraying my Cologne on the back of my shoulders.. you get an occasional smell of it, doesn’t get annoying, but let’s others smell it right away and gets peoples attention. Other days on the back of my shoulders, and both my wrists

This GREATLY depends on the fragrance!!! I literally only wear ONE spray of Alien!!! Anything more is way too much & it lasts FOREVER if you spray it on a coat. I wear 6 to 8 sprays on lighter stuff. HUGE difference.

10 sprays of John Varvatos Artisan Pure because I’m going to be outside in the heat for a good part of the day today. I think it does vary based on situation but also the strength fragrance itself (projection, sillage)

I usually aim behind the ears and neck, one spray on around the upper chest/neck area, and then one on each wrist. Usually carries me throughout the day or night
Depending on how potent the scent, the weather and the season is how you should decide how much to spray.

Got the Tobacco Vanille and spraying that one 5 times worries me. although I have used 2 on the side of the throat which then makes it in my face all day. and only haveing used it like 5-6 times it very new and then I can detect it all the time

soemthing like nautica voyage probably warrants at least 5-7 sprays because it's so soft. at least that's how my bottle smells to me. i have one with a plastic cap. the atomizer is also very small.

I always do 1 spray on my neck and then don’t rub it but tap it with my wrist then smear my two wrists together ONE time. Try it (office life)

I would never spray cologne on clothes because they could stain the clothes. I found it best for when you get out of the shower, put on whatever moisturizer you use, then spray on the cologne. Let it set on your body plus, your body heat will activate the cologne.
Good colognes will not stain your clothes cheap rubbish can

If the type is eau de toillete, I do 5 sprays. Behind ears, at the back of neck, and collar bone. If it is parfum, I just do 2 sprays and that will last the next day.

I once followed your instructions with the three sprays using Christian Dior Sauvage EDT. My coworkers, both male and female, complained when I walked in. I immediately washed it off. Lol 😂 So, now I only apply two sprays.

I was thinking that. Sauvage is very loud when 1st applied. Don’t spray it that many times before walking into the job site. That’s cool before leaving out the house cuz it’s potent but maybe one under the shirt before getting out the car.

My work has a zero fragrance policy so that no one is allowed to wear any amount of fragrances.
Lots of people have adverse reactions to fragrances, so a lot of bigger companies have blanket no fragrance polices in place.

That is how many sprays we need in 2020. In the 80s or 90s, we needed 1 spray for 24 hrs. Good old times (cry)
Why was it god
Some people say spray on the middle of chest. Lol. I’ll mix it up but it seems the general consensus is 5 sprays is the safest for most situations. I also try to keep in mind that just because I can’t always smell it doesn’t mean they can’t. We are geared to not smell it all the time so we can pick up other scents. When the day progresses I tend to lose track of that though because I’m not sure if I can’t smell it because the day has gone by a bit or because I’m just smell fatigued lol.
Bro 5 is INSANE. I’ve been told three as an ABSOLUTE MAX. Usually around 2 sprays. This goes for a cologne
