Hi chị, Chắc mấy lời này hơi sến nhưng chẳng hiểu sao em khóc khi xem clip này. Năm ngoái lúc Covid mới bắt đầu, em vẫn thấy bình thường, không có gì đáng lo vì em vẫn chỉ là sinh viên năm nhất thôi, sẽ không bị ảnh hưởng nhiều. Nhưng sau hơn năm dịch bệnh, em càng ngày càng nhận ra Covid đã ảnh hưởng quá nhiều, quá nhiều đến sức khoẻ tinh thần em đến nhường nào. Mọi hoạt động bị trì trệ, việc học online 1 năm khiến em thấy bí bách, em cảm giác bản thân quá chậm, không phát triển thêm được gì, không bạn bè mới, không công việc mới. Sự bí bách này khiến em càng nghĩ tiêu cực và cứ thành 1 vòng tròn luẩn quẩn em không thể thoát ra. Em vẫn cố gắng thay đổi, tự kiếm thêm nhiều thứ khác để tâm trí luôn bận rộn nhưng thật sự nhiều lúc không thể chống đỡ nổi. :( Mong hết dịch quá, em thật sự nhớ đám đông
