UnderØath as a band is really human. Not only did they have the relatable image, especially with the Christian audience, but also the way their music developed and the band developed is human. I love that kind of dynamic.
it's really cool to hear Spencer talk about how its nice to reflect back on his past, and how this is his break up record with drugs. i just wanted to say, Underoath's music, (Specifically lost in the sound of separation,) literally got me through my addiction i listened to it going to sleep almost every night the last year of my addiction. thank you for making all of the music you've made. i really think it saved my life. i am now 3 years clean and working on rebuilding my life. Can't wait to hear the next album you guys put out!

I have always adored Tim's energy, he gets so into and hypes me up so much. He reminds me of me because he's somewhat quiet and reserved but when he's into something he's fully in it and enjoying it effusively.
I love this band and I love this album. Thank you for coming back, making this record and showing us what went behind. Moments on this record are so beautiful and it was really cool to see you guys bring them to life from scratch. This part with Aaron is my favorite - 27:59. Thank you Underoath!
this was a great snippet into the creative process you guys went through with this album. And to be completely transparent.. my first thoughts were that while i enjoyed the album this wasn't the underoath that i knew or that i was excited to hear. it took some time for me to realize that this album was so very much underoath. Thank you guys for being real with yourselves and with your fans.
It’s an amazing, one-of-a-kind experience that you get from these guys getting to see how basically every record of theirs was made as there really is a documentary on their channel of some length on at least the past four or five albums that they’ve made which really helps you get a headspace of how they build records as band, as a friends group, especially over the timeline from at least the first record that HAS a documentary. (I know things clicked more once Dallas left and things went in a bit of a different direction, but I even appreciate the Dallas years and those albums too ❤️) - It’s encouraging and inspiring.
There are no rules in the studio except make it sound good. Engineers use all sorts of hacks/DIY setups that they discovered through constant experiments.

Geran Scanlan you shouldn't have to force yourself to like anything. It's like cigarettes lol. I listen once maybe twice cuz I'll give a second chance. But after that if it didn't it, it's just not good.

I think this documentary made me appreciate Matt working on the album more than the initial RUclips updates that they released a few years ago. Hearing the album helps too, but I didn’t think it was that great - but this helps ... a lot
I appreciate this album so much more after watching this! Keep killing it guys! Been listening since TOCS came out and I haven't been disappointed yet!
