    My time management tip is to 1) evaluate what actually bothers you in terms for cleaning/organization. Is it laundry that you cannot stand to see lying around? Or maybe you don’t care about laundry but dirty dishes will send you into orbit. 2) I use a timer for everything. I decide how much time I want to allocate to something and put a timer on. It’s such a small trick but something about SEEING your time drop will make you hustle and you will be so surprised about what you can get done in that time.

      @@winterzealot same! I’m adhd and could not stop cleaning because I had no boundaries with it. Doing this reminds me I’m in control, I’m grown and can make my own rules 😂

    My thing is my weed addiction. It makes me so freaking passive! And I’ve been like this for 15 years. I’m 30 and I’ve been a daily smoker since 15, even though I took a couple of pauses in between, I was mostly spending my time smoking and just hanging out with other people who smoked or I just smoked by myself and thought about life. I loved that experience/feeling. But I always had a thought of quitting eventually at least after turning 25 … but somehow I never did and I turned 30 in March. Now I’m engaged with a wonderful man and I think it’s time to leave my old messy life behind me because there are better things ahead. But my love and adoration for weed is causing me pain, because I always treated weed as a friend or a teacher and it’s hard to leave that part of my life behind. But I truly think weed has taught me everything she can and it’s now time to heal with the respect and love of my fiancé, who is such an amazing man and the only one who can replace weed in my life.
    There are no ugly people in the world, just the ones who take care of themselves and the ones who don’t find that important. How we feel internally always reflects on the outside.

      let God be the thing that replaces weed in your life. lean on God. humans cannot be perfect so if your fiance does something that upsets you itll be easy to go back but if you can make an agreement with God and yourself then it will be easier to get free

      One thing about weed (alcohol or any mind-altering drug) is it will steal time from you! It will steal your life from you, even if you’re just looking for a lil pick me up. Your brain and body gets used to that feeling and will crave it more often, especially when your blood sugar is low. Eat well! Pray and fast. You will be fine beautiful!

And it calms down my anxieties so I’m kind of dependent on it, which again is not good, but damn this life is hard. I have so many bad memories and experiences… weed just makes everything seem like it’s not that bad. Sometimes this feeling is all I need, honestly…

    We really don’t have the SAME 24hours as Beyonce lmao. She has a nanny to take care of the kids, I bet she has someone who clean/take care of the house, she certainly has a personal trainer too, a chef 👩‍🍳 and the list goes on. Having all of this can save you so much time during the day. So. No. We don’t have the SAME 24hours as Bey 🤷‍♂️

      stop focusing on that one sentence and listen to every other thing she says around that and then you’ll understand what she’s saying.
      it’s just a phrase, you can put anybody in place of beyoncé and the sentiment is that everyone has 24 hours in the day, so knowing how to use those hours will help you improve whatever you want to improve.

      I mean Beyoncé hasmoney to take care of those thing maybe women when they are able to should take days to themselves and hire people to help clean and meal prep when they can. We just guilt ourselves into being superwoman if anything she also has Jay-Z( he’s done his own bs) but with time management and a partner it gets way easier. The other tips all apply though

      She said 20 seconds before that some people have more resources and money than others. But the hours are the same. Hiring someone to clean your house isn't always expensive. You can watch RUclips videos to work out. There are a lot of companies that you can have deliver food to you. It's more of a "is the money worth the thing I'd use that cleaning time on". I can bet beyonce isn't hiring someone to do all those things so she can watch more TV. She pays $10k a month or whatever for a personal trainer but her appearance makes her millions of dollars a year 🤷‍♀️ if you use that time to gain some skills, take care of your health, etc then it pays for itself. Cause if you're run down, how does that affect parenting or even being better for yourself?

      Stop focusing on what other people might have and focus on what you have and make the best of ur situation. Neither me or you know that lady personally to make all these assumptions about her schedule to make excuses for ourselves. You don’t need to be Beyoncé to have a nanny, personal trainer, or chef, and you don’t have to be Beyoncé to hold yourself accountable to your own goals. You make time for what you WANT to do. So start to take the small steps into to create time for your needs and what you WANT!! YOU GOT THIS❤❤❤

    I love that “hell yes or no” mindset. I always teeter in between choosing myself at the most extreme and doing stuff I don’t really want to do but I’m emotionally okay to do so. Going to implement these tips. I feel you on having wasted time in my own pity party. Time is truly a privilege.

    Thank you for sharing this. I have had so much trouble STICKING to a routine of any kind cuz ADHD is a pain sometimes. But I’m planning a visit with my psychiatrist to find a medication that will help me think clearly (keyword is HELP and not MAKE me think clearly) so I can stick to a routine. The wake up call to finally pick up the phone and call my doctor means everything. Instantly subbed.

    amen about tip 1. i struggle with dail tidy ing. i procrastinate and will do it later at once. because i procrastinate, it makes me less productive to have a quiet time of reading, working out gets done but because of clutter i am slow to do it or just do it to get it out the way.

    HELP ME GUYS: I work from 8:30- 4:30pm. I get up at 5 and take the train at 6 and get there just before work. I get home at 7pm. I’m so exhausted but I’m trying to make room for free time. Does anyone have recommendations?

      What time are you going to bed? What are you eating? And what does your screen time look like? I ask because I had to temporarily pull a 60-70 hour work week which required me to get diligent about paying attention to food-particularly when I ate it and how it made me feel. We know the effects of sugar, but I inadvertently cut it out (bc I was so focused) and I was wired without it. I also knew I couldn’t eat after a certain time bc I would be exhausted, so I moved my eating window up.
      Sometimes when you’re exhausted and you get home, you want to lay down, and then you’re fighting the exhaustion for 2 hours, which leads to more mental exhaustion. Then you get up and it’s late but you had things to do and now you’re going to bed at an in-advantageous hour. I asked a co-worker with 3 kids how she handled her day and she said “Unfortunately, tiredness isn’t an excuse. I feel it, but I have to pick them up, feed them, engage with them, etc.” That was a perspective shift in that-tiredness is not an excuse. Your body will acclimate to what schedule you put it on, but mentally you have to plan that I’m doing x, y, z when I get home and perhaps delay going home. For some time I went to a 24 hour coffee shop or library after work to get my personal life admin and other goals done before going home and crashing.
      Lastly, when are you going to bed? I didn’t grow up sleeping a full 8 hours. I probably average 4-5, 6 if something really exhausting happened. BUT I do notice a cognitive difference when I sleep more AND my skin looks better when I sleep well consistently AND I don’t crave sugar as much. Going to bed between 8-10 and getting up between 3-5 was a game changer. Note that when you get up that early, you will be tired around 8 or 9P, but if you plan the day we’ll, it will be very fulfilling. I know it sounds crazy, but you already get up at 5, maybe you’re a morning person. Could you get up an hour earlier? And optimize productivity in that hour?
      Ultimately and albeit unfortunately its a mindset. I say it’s unfortunate because sometimes mindset is the hardest part. Watching content like this helps to galvanize you though! Make a plan, understand that tiredness is not an excuse (although so real), and keep a log to audit yourself. I would also suggest getting a full blood panel done if it’s an option. Some people discount the effect of low Vitamin D, or thyroid issues, but it can make you exhausted as well. Best of luck!

    When you talk about getting a tax done and distractions one thing that distracts me a lot is going to RUclips to find a video to give me a new idea on how to do something better or accurately and then I get caught up and watching all these videos getting all these different ideas now I don't know how to implement and I've wasted so much time and then it never gets done
