    To me racewalking is the only option because of the lower lumbar spine degeneration. I can no longer run as it is producing too much impact and jarring. So, I walk and cycle, alternating every day. Gotta keep moving

      It's all about moving and staying active and doing what works best for you! Many people choose racewalking as a lower impact option. Happy Walking!
