As you were saying in the video the newer model T590's have 2 plugs at 12 & 6 oclock on the outer face of the final drive. Makes drive motor oil changes so much easier and it's just a measured amount of gear oil that bobcat sells and you just fill them with one bottle for each drive motor. I think the T86 will share that same fill & drain plug layout so it should be just as easy when servicing the drive motors
Love when we get an old machine in for drive motor oil changes, the whole shop smells terrible, Ive also have never seen the main hydraulic filter done at 50 hours but better safe than sorry
My e42 screen just allows me to reset the service interval. I can't record services. I also only have two gauges on my home screen. It's a 2021. Is yours updated software or just a higher option?
@@AtHomeOnTheFarm my e35 has done 1700 hrs is 7 yrs old and only had one fuel filter and a few oil filters. Gets grease every day though. Runs like butter
@@AtHomeOnTheFarm So on the screen it's telling you what it needs? Mine is a 2015 e35i and has never told me it needed anything. Yours maybe was pre- programmed. I just do what's required lol, not much of a book reader
Correct. The new R2 series with the 9" touchscreen has the service schedule programmed in it and reminds you on screen as services are required/needed.
Nice job on the initial service!
Never seen that done before. Thanks, nice too see how that works.
I was trying to figure out where I knew your voice from! I subscribe to your other channel and found this one organically!
Nice! Lol

Where did you get the hose pinch clamps and what brand are they? Thanks Tony
The hose pinch off pliers are USA and rebranded by a bunch of companies. Can get the LANG ones here on Amazon. amzn.to/3JjCvhE

Nevermind. I just found out I do not have the premium screen. Thanks for the video!
Obviously service is not very easy. It makes me think about weather or not I would purchase one of these.
your doing filters every 50 hours?
No. Just the first 50hrs. What Bobcat has in the service manual. Not voiding my warranty by not following the service schedule.

Idk what to tell you. I'm following the Bobcat service schedule that came programmed into the machine.
