During your downtime, clear a couple Dragonkin headed towards the entrance of the cave as they still have a chance to drop the Blue Sinew albeit a much lower droprate.

I have been farming for this for 7 days. 10 hours a day. No luck
There's no point in this, really. BM's tears everything down in this cave, hence I went BM specifically for this and in about a week got 4 already. Mind you tho, The Sinew is unique which means you have to stop farming and send it to another toon in order to get a new one. I am the only one selling the sinews (on my server) because BM is indeed an incredible spec. And while at it, the Owl is probably the best Pet in Vanilla, at least imo, it just holds the aggro exceptionally well. Screech can actually hold up to 4 mobs at once, and you can burst down the mobs affected by screech without getting aggro at all. Respec the Owl, get only Screech/Growl, rest should be in in max armor + max frost res/a bit of stamina = that is for farming this cave.
Any idea if the droprate is good ? I Killed it like 15 times (ofc that's nothing) but if it's the same than other elites, it could be totally useless =/
Btw great video/idea, I'm doing it with lesser stuff than pre-raid bis so if I can do it, almost everyone can
I've havn't had time to farm as of recent, quite busy with IRL. However i noticed Classic WoWHead said he dropped it and noticed a video showing how to kill him and said to myself "i can do that better". I've only done maybe 20 kills

@@wonderlustgaming8977 I also feel like this doesnt work anymore, they might of low key increased his movement speed, I'm using cheetah and have minor movement speed enchant and hes still catching up to me
