Risking a FD resist by running into tunnel so quick, ideally you let them come out and running towards you while on the ledge. That way you can then hop down make it around the corner while they're ~30yds away, the risk of FD resists is lesser with distance.
Mate, you made a fine guide but to be honest it's about a year too late. I've been farming DME as a hunter, and it's not worthwhile anymore. Crystals are less than half the price they were 3 months ago, and thorium is equally cheap. Better off selling tribute buffs or whatever. I would recommend people not to take this farm up now.
Still sells for a decent amount on my server. There's a lot of different gems to collect here as well, one example is the Blue Sapphire. Also Thorium Ore for prospecting when JC hits. Combine the Dense Stone with some Elemental Earth and make some Elemental Sharpening Stones, and you'll have good profit.

Gear is not that important as long you can do strats correctly :) Better gear only makes it faster
