To show us that the police can do some fancy high speed driving just like the criminals but the police must never get in front of them or stop them. They enjoy the sport of playing cat and mouse but are told to let the mouse win by their leaders. How can you go home every night and not feel mostly useless and defeated?

This is awful policies. They have to radio in everything which is a distraction while driving at high speeds on public roads and ending a chase in 5 minutes. Race car drivers don't even communicate 5% of this with their crew and spotter for an entire race. The American criminal justice and policing system is so broken. These criminals are more protected than I am because of liberal politics that they're letting criminals go because the chase is over 5 minutes. Now these criminals know that and what do you think they're going to do? Run more often.
Milwaukee used to be a red state full of blue collared hard working citizens, WTH happened to you? You're doing diversity hiring to enforce the law, and complain why you don't have cops who are enthusiastic about their job. She sounds like she doesn't even want to be there.

Since the police do not mean business, the criminals feel confident that they can go through neighborhoods and through red lights at high reckless speeds. All the police can hope for is if they run out of gas or decide to be nice and pull over or possibly crash in to a car full of innocent citizens.

They already have the technology - the cars they drive.
