I CRASHED INTO SAMMIT at EBISU DRIFT MATSURI

- Our Japan trip is slowly coming to an end and what a way to end it than completing yet another EBISU drift matsuri. After a crazy night of driving I was exhausted and took it easy until the very end. While watching I got the excitement back and jumped into the final NISHI trains of Matsuri. If you are familiar with EBISU Matsuri and its NISHI drift trains you will understand the carnage that unfolds.
I had an unfortunate accident with @SAMMIT when I misjudged the transition. I can say I was driving as fast as I could and unfortunately I think I drove more off muscle memory rather than what was in front of me. In the next chase run I adjusted and improved! This is what I love about EBISU!

Great intro as always and that beautiful black S15 was e_ought usually he has full Blitz 03's on he absolutely shreds on his vids to and you killed it on Touge course nicely done 👌 and as far as you and crashing into Sammit hey stuff happens its Matsuri and everyone is hyped and wants to go all out 👍 im sure Sammit totally understands hes noramlly a really chill dude in his vids im sure hes the same way in daily life he wouldnt be their either if he didnt know what happens at Matsuri thats why he cut the back off the Chaser and replaced it with a fiberglass rear and said this will be easier to replace when i get hit 😂 but you and momo did great at this Matsuri in the JZX's keep up the great work 👍

@@Hi.chance e_ought's S15 is sick its his second one he had an identical one but his wife flipped it when he was teaching her to drift in a vid so he bought that one off Kota they swapped the engine over built/painted it in like 2 weeks but can't wait to see yours fully built and shredding 👍 and totally agree with you and understand you trying to clear everything up with Sammit i would of done the same but told you it would be all good that's why he said he built it like that for that exact reason like I said Matsuri is insane and everyone is so hyped stuff happens and was an accident and I can't wait to see the trip back cause from you and momo all the content is always epic 👌 keep up the great work 👍
The missile has been adequately destroyed before the next matsuri. The drift gods are appeased.
We shall rebuild and further create the possibility for even more destruction at the next Matsuri to appease the gods in a timely and respectful manor!

Ebisu is a place I'd love to visit someday.

sucks it happens, your stuck between a rock and a hard place when he developed a gap at transition, although lookin at trajectories you might have been further inside than the lead driver. i often take the blame if im the car chasing, and those behind me can take their own blame, but its never that simple.
It’s just part of Matsuri, you could point fingers everywhere but it is what it is 🤷♂️
