I bought 2016 Police Ford explorer I watched the video a few times. It took me a little going back and forth from my car to video but finally, I identified the wires you were showing and I got it fixed the brown wire was the key. Thank You; Sam

Thanks my 2014 interceptor had the same problem . Remember all wires
    On top
The manufacturers harness are after market , blue with white tracer and brown wire
That comes out of the main harness and gets diverted up to the aftermarket strobe lights in the rear deck lid.
    You need to splice
    These wires back
Into the main harness and it should fix your issue.

Did the running lights work before this? My rubbing lights are working but they don’t get brighter when I brake.
