I still use the stackable scrapbooking bins in a cart you recommended a few years ago to store all my Warhammer minis and a few smaller plastic bins I found in Target for Deadzone. I do need a bin for my bigger Warhammer minis though, so that big one looks like it might do.

I have had great success using hand rivets to affix meta sheets to boxes. It's a little more work, but it's worth it.
That's a great idea!
I use mostly GW cases. I really like the box inserts from Feldherr. Battle Foam has good trays of pluck foam sized for the GW cases that work great for vehicles. The trays of zig-zag GW foam displaced by the pluck foam went into plastic totes to hold my Orks. The Battle Foam trays sized for the Crusade Case fit in GW's large boxes so I may use those for storage as well. The nicer boxes (Leviathan, Indomitus etc.) seem sturdy enough for storage and light transport.
