As goofy as these memes are this is kinda why I never understood the whole "absorbed God Ki into Base" thing like even outside of these power scale discussions what does it even ad? Just kinda makes things more confusing & really takes away from a lot the more you look into like this but ig it's far from the worst of Super's nutty scaling
Yeah I agree. The implications writing wise are very fitting for dragon ball Z, goku adapting to the acclimated state of his god form, but if you think about it from the power scaling stand point, only then do I have any “issue” I guess with it.

Don't get me started on the fact that in the manga, Master Roshi dodged atacks from JIREN.
You think Cabba beating all of DBZ is funny? TOP Master Roshi beats all of Z too, and probably have a even better chance at beatting Gogetta SSJ4 than Cabba.
@@TheGotreck Yea I didn’t wanna go into the manga, because the god absorption thing doesn’t happen, but it still has its goofiness with the scaling as well. The Roshi thing is probably the best example tho you’re right. I get the implications writing wise, but for power scaling it makes it hilarious
I mean tbh maybe it’s not that far fetched. Maybe they were just progressing at a slower rate during z and during super they just get massively stronger thru whatever means in way less time
