OK so if you have all been wondering where we have been lately, I been out with a pretty bad hip injury then to add to that, I was working on an independent film production but that is all done and I am well enough to sit down and get back into the videos so what better way to start off than to get into Nightwish for all of our Nightwish fans! Decided to hit their vault and visit Tarja.

Tarja is AMAZING as is Floor. All 3 singers bring something special to this awesome band and each singer should be respected for her talent and no one should be comparing them.
Of Nightwish's 9 studio albums, 5 were recorded with Tarja, 2 with Anette and 2 with Floor. The band has been internationally big since Tarja's days, when RUclips didn't exist and there were no social media like today. Note the size of the audience in this video. There would be no Nightwish without Tarja. Tuomas wanted to create a folk band, but changed his mind when he listened to Tarja.

Well...There was time when Tarja was vocalist,then was time when Anette was and now is time of Floor. My opinion is that Tarja and neither Anette were bad vocalists but Floor can do more,much more.
What comes to Marko, I hope that there will be day when he comes back to Nightwish from his own "Walden".At stage with Floor,both together are something so special....
Tarja a bad vocalist? Versatility is not synonymous with singing better. Floor cannot reach as clean high notes as Tarja and Tarja does not growling but both have various techniques and resources that blend very well. that you don't like Tarja is one thing but to say that she is a bad vocalist is far from reality.

My English is not perfect,specially when writing middle of the night but here is two new version what I had on my mind:
- My opinion is that neither Tarja or Anette were bad vocalists
- My opinion is that Tarja and Anette were not bad vocalists.
Both versions means same thing.
What comes to high clean notes, example ending of famous GLS tells it all,Tarja just can not do it.
But it is not just notes or growling, it is also question of stage charisma.
Floor is at flames on stage and Tarja is not,she just seems to follow plan how to move and Floor just let i go,she live songs thru.
@@TTK2013 ok mí inglés no es perfecto tampoco. No sé cómo la gente le recrimina a Tarja la última nota de GLS cuando nunca estaba estipulado que la haga. La versión de Tarja es la original y la versión de Floor tiene arreglos, que dicho sea de paso la canta bien. Pero en la canción original esa nota no existe porque Thomas no la escribió así en esa época. Todas las canciones que Floor canta de la época de Tarja tienen su estilo y está bien que lo haga sino sería una copia. Lo que no entienden es que es obvio que en la era de Tarja todas las canciones son más estilo opera porque ese era el estilo de NW y así lo quería la banda en ese momento, después fueron cambiando. Tarja estaba encasillada en un solo estilo que no es el mismo de su carrera solista. Deberías ver su trabajo para ver que no le falta carisma en el escenario porque está más divertida haciendo sus shows y eso es algo que resaltan cualquiera que reacciona a su carrera solista. Tarja y Floor son amigas desde que Tarja estaba en NW por eso cuando a Floor le ofrecieron ser la vocalista la llamó a Tarja para preguntarle si estaba bien aceptar. Es una pelea absurda discutir quien de las 2 es mejor porque ambas son muy buenas en su estilo pero en mí opinión siempre me voy a quedar con Tarja porque escucho NW desde sus inicios y el estilo power o metal sinfónico fue muy innovador para su época.
