I started As Long As the Lemon Trees Grow but soft DNFed it because I was in the mood for something lighter, but a couple of my friends really enjoyed it. I watched the movie of The Girl on the Train, so I'm interested to hear what you make of the book. I've just started The Bone Clocks by David Mitchell. It's interesting though not something I'd recommend to others so far. I just finished I Who Have Never Known Men and I would suggest it if you want a short, thought-provoking dystopian with a lot of unanswered questions. I believe A Tale of Two Ti**ies was written during the author's controversial erotica period of '69 when he wrote as Charles Dick-Ins. Rumour has it that Hard Times began as a very different story. Although March will be full fantasy again - once a fantasy gal, always a fantasy gal ;) Yeah, I've heard others saying As Long As the Lemon Trees Grow is quite heavy, so I am putting it off to like the middle of the month or so. Got to finish the month off with something more light :) Ahaha! I just finished As Long as the Lemon Trees Grow. It was a four star for me. I thought it was a beautiful love story, and also a good description of how completely destructive war is not only physically in cities, but what it does to people emotionally too.
I'm glad you liked the book. I have yet to read it, there's been too much illness this month to get through my TBR for the month. Hopefully, I'll get to it in March 🙌🏻

I just did a TBR jar video too and it was so fun! Some books I ended up with were Crescent City, The Unmaking of June Farrow, Weyward, Hello Beautiful, The Seven Year Slip, and Persuasion! 😊
