Renault trafic 2.0 engine removed

Long video. I'm removing the engine from this van to try and rectify the injectors that are causing problems. I hope you enjoy it. and find some parts of this video useful.
both Vauxhall and Renault vans run the same lay out

I’ve sealed the scuttle on three vans now. Sadly the last one I had was already too late and the injectors failed shortly after. Such a poor design

The dreaded vivaro injectors , what a shit design they are , cost me £1200 to get them and the glow plugs pulled and replaced by a specialist company a few years ago...😡
