The kong is a name I'm using to describe the homologous movement pattern seen in the kong vault. There are many movements that derive from this basic trunk flexing movement, the most popular beuing the kong vault from parkour and freerunning. In this video I go a few movements in this category and present a suggested progression from one to the other. The movements are...
* The forward ape
*The ground kong
*The monkey plant (vault)
*And finally the Kong Vault itself.
