It is great to know that the (at one time mysterious) Tower on Simsbury Mt. is now open to the public. Not so back in the 50's-60's. We kids found our way in past the block in the winding narrow road. There was some kind of large carriage house up there and a very old looking carriage(?) inside that building. The Tower House itself may(?) have been lived in. We peeked through an open window that had curtains blowing in the wind inward and saw old looking furniture and a tall radio before we got scared and ran back. The view was incredible.

Wait a minute! Since when was it pronounced "Hy-blyne" tower??? When I lived there 35 years ago it was pronounced the "Hyu-blyne" tower!
tick, kick, meet me on the way, church so pray, school, the bus ----> transportation, super, high heel, and choose from...those are my style and my hit, jump around and sneak right behind ya !.
