there is a LL.M. in Dispute Resolution (Blended Learning Program) from Jindal Global Law School, powered by upGrad. is this also valid as per BCI?

Read there brochure and ask them point blank pointing out this notification. This question can only be answered by them that if they have taken requisite permission from BCI or not

Sir ITM University LLM is valid or not on there website they have written there all llb course is recognised by bci and all LLM courses by ugc . But they have not mentioned that there llm is recognised by bci or not so sir. If they have approval for llb so there llm course will be valid or not ?

The guidelines are related with online LLM courses. If the university is providing a regular course with physical classes then there is no need to worry. They have a valid LLB course and LLM course.
