Yes and unlike before, I think vlogging nowadays is not daily anymore. You can do short clip updates and upload your vlogs at least 2-3x a week. Be sure to make time with your self and your family as your day off to maintain balance in your life.
Best wishes and prayers to you in your new endeavor! I feel farming calamansi will be, for you, less stressful than fish farming. Please do not feel pressured to do frequent videos. Yes Kumander, you have a family and has bigger responsibilities than a single vlogger who can do whatever and wherever he’s free to go. There’s a balance to maintain in your life when you’re a family man or even living with a partner. Your heath is important and it’s understandable if you can’t do it daily. The importance is the sincerity…
I could start my volutary suggestions, 1. If the trees bound to be planted stays more than 72 hours, cover the roots with hay or strawand keep the roots moist..Citrus can't take"Wet Feet". Drip irrigation for the next 2 years. 3 meter spacinc and 5 meters between rows.of the terrain is over 5 Perecnt maintain a semlblance of level by doing a terrace bfore planting.
Wow! Wishing all the very best of success for your hard work. Looking forward to harvesting tons of calamansi. Next plan is a plant for processing calamansi juice by Anselm and family! You doing good, KD!
Calamanci you can't miss they're so popular and they can't be rounded up so easily. The Pinas I know all use calamanci and they keep without ice so great idea all the best looks good.
Indeed, Philippines is your home and we truly welcome you. It is my dream as well to have a farm with lots of productive plants. You said that coconut is not native there, but I see lots of coconut trees there. LOL Perhaps there were all hand planted. 😁
I am beyond impressed - such thought and you must honor trial and error, that is the way we live and excel. All the best to you and the land you care about.
Kumander daut just inter crop with sweetpotato casava or vegetables while you are waitkng for hour kalamansi to avoid growing grass and go maintain your kalamansi grassy if they always raining grass grow fast
Good investment KD. This is what's best to do on your piece of land, which is hilly terrain and to make it productive is by investing in agriculture. Kalamansi farming is easy to maintain and not costly to grow. They can bear fruits for few years, until the end of their lifespan. Some longer term fruit trees are avocado, mangosteen, jackfruits, lanzones and mangoes.
It's nice. A caretaker is necessary with experience in planting and caring calamansi. Avoiding insects that attack calamansi. To develop from small canal to a pond for irrigation. Hopefully, it would be productive. Goodluck K.D. It's your legacy.
hope you could export your calamansi soon. Try planting flowering philippine native trees like Balayong, narra, kalayaan, salimbobog, banaba, balitbitan, patalsik pula, bagawak morado, lagundi, katmon, dapdap, caballero, balai lamok, madre cacao, magkonogolden shower and charge environmental fee for visitors and family camping.
Thumbs up to you Kumander Daot and your team, best content ever...."Sana all " will engaged in this kind of very promising projects. One way of protecting our mother 🌍 earth.... Godbless you more Kumander and your 👪 family!

It's great to see how you are diversifying your investments, Anselm! I never thought of Calamansi as an investment crop but it should work out great. The ones I've gotten from the stores seem to last at least 2 weeks. All the best to you my friend.
@@foreignermakingmoney-phili1458 Jollibee should be approached too since they use packages of lemon juice in their branches here in the US & outside the Philippines. Calamansi is better for their Palabok Fiesta plus it promotes Philippine products.
you can actually export the calamansi all over the world where there are Filipinos like me. It goes so fast when there are some in the store here in Tucson Arizona...and it is quiet pricey but we still buy it coz it's different from lemons
Thanks Kumander D. I amalso planning to develop a piece of land Bai.. Been doing a lot of research and all it boils down is how to make it less maintenance considering the scarcity of farm hands. Things like possible mechanical weeding and of course focused/drip irrigation. Many of my friends farm projects like yours were mostly failures as weeds and other vegetation can quickly outgrow your plantings. The only solution to that is a system of low cost periodic weeding - possibly mechanical. Good Luck sir,
KD try planting avocado it has a bright future for export as well local market, like hass avocado variety. Because your land in a high altitude. less weeding maintenance, and fast growing tree.
Newly planted grafted saplimgs for the whole year will have a few erratic fruits. I never picked first batch the fruits of immature trees. Picking them will just give undue strain on the root system. I just let them drop when ripe. By the second year you will have about 2,000 fruit. The average output is about 5,000 fruit each ,annually. From 3,000 trees you have to take care of 30 million fruits. Most Filipinos, fruits are picked immature with very little juice and too small, se.edy Everytime we have a Filipino visitor they ask what variety are those big ones I just tell my visitors "I wait until they get bigger."
KD you’re truly a man of the earth! So wonderful your ways of building a future for not only you and family but your communities by using the land and waterways around you! Bless❣️💖❣️👏🔥😁 #NatureNutureNatural

Grafted seedlings expected to produce around 20 to 25 years
