A great way to solve plastic pollution. Keep up the good work and advocating environment. You deserve help from Philippine government with your social cause.
so proud for this man who is trying to fight poverty and climate change. Maybe it is a wake up call for every Filipinos to share for his advocate that's why I'm doing my part also, everytime I do my shopping I bring my own eco bag.
I think this is nice how thi man is pushing to improve the Philippines like this. Hopefully this does well and scales up. It definitely will help cut down on plastic straw use by switching to a more organic bamboo straw. I also like how it helps the environement. Also, bamboo grows fast so that is another great benefit.
I love this. I grew up in a village called kawayanan which means of bamboo. The village was surrounded by bamboo. Plants are the single best form of carbon capture! But make sure you clear the forest of dead brush, that’s why the fires in California and Australia happened because of inadequate forest management with controlled burns and brush clearing.
Plastic straws are banned in Australia - please, we need your bamboo ones, the paper/cardboard ones we use now are awful. Perhaps contact McDonalds and Burger King etc - they'd love them. 🙏✌🏼❤️
You may import some and share them with your family and friends. They would surely appreciate that and would love to do the same. Then the thread goes. That's just one simple thing to promote bamboo straws but it has a very big impact to local farmers and the environment 💕
Frankly countries with a green advocacy like Singapore would tremendously support bamboo straws as their F&B industry there is thriving. It’s one small step aster SG but EU May catch up with clienteles whom are environmentally conscious should be the target niche market.
