It was the spindle that was jammed for me due to not cleaning it 😅 After turning it back and forth a few times my Nespresso machine started to make coffee again! Thank you 😊🎉

After trying all the suggested fixes, I was so hopeful! But, unfortunately, this didn't work for my virtuo next machine. I've done the factory reset, descaling, cleaning, the spinner is loose and free-spinning. I am using a silicone cap on refilled Nespresso capsules and this worked fine, until it didn't. I have tried also with original Nespresso pods to see if it was the reusable ones, but the same thing happens. Please let me know if you have any other thoughts. Thanks.
Can't wait to try this when I get home. I couldn't get my coffee this AM, had to go back to the Keurig ☹ I hope I can get it to work. My machine isn't even really that old at all
I was having a similiar issue. Cleaned as best I could, cleaning and descaling cycle. But the issue is the bearing. It’s slowly getting grit and grime in it causing that spindle to not spin smoothly triggering thee error system. Hence why when you manually turn the spindle your breaking up the grime in the bearing allowing it to move but it’s a short term fix. These machines may make a delicious cup of coffee but are overly complicated. I still love my mocha pot on the stove as the best source of good coffee. No moving parts, last decades, may need a new silicone gasket every few years that’s it.
Agreed! I called nespresso and got an updated version sent at no cost. Works way better and no issues so far after months of use. But pods are also expensive so I still use a regular Mr coffee haha
@@soberservants had my Next since 2020 so almost 3 years now. I may attempt the bearing replacement myself. Caveat being with the whole hearted expectation I’m going to fail and just buy a new machine 😂. But hey might get lucky

Mine is doing the same thing I thought it was because I needed to descale and no I haven’t been able to use it for the last month but is it because I leave it plugged in and make a cup of coffee every 3 days sometimes or I’ll go a week without making a cup. Or now it’s trying to make a cup. The way I’m about to fix it is the trash can. Or buy a new one and return this one it it’s lace I don’t have the receipt. I thought it was working great till……… now

This model sucks, this happens constantly even after descaling. Calling customer service not very helpful, I was spoken to like I was a five year old.I have had 2 prior Nespresso machines, I know how to descale etc. This machine is poor quality
