There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.
My machine will not come on.. no light or anything. It will not connect to the app. I have tried to change wall outlets, emptying and refilling the water. Im not sure what else to do.
Hi, if it will not power on sounds like an electrical failure. I would call the company and see if you can swap it out if bought it recently or see what they can do.

Sounds like you descaled it, you would want to run water through it after descaling mode. If you are still having problems after descaling you may want to do the factory reset.

How to get out of descaling mode, it always blinks orange. Descaling mode goes on endlessly, for 10 minutes it was spilling water until I turned it off. And the light blinks nonstop.
Descale mode has to finish - after it goes through all of pink descale liquid fill it up with regular water then press top button once, once it finishes that then hold top button down for 7 seconds to exit descale mode
The machine is connected to the iphone, so why do they use this blinking light system instead of just showing the problem in the iPhone and how to fix?
@@BStride Somehow I was able to pair it to the app while it was still blinking. It just needed to finish a rinse cycle and wouldn’t change modes until that happened. It was unplugged for a few minutes and still didn’t go back

Hmm, try adding more water to the reservoir then press top button again. I think in this model it has to go through a preset amount of water when cleaning and even if empty May require more water until stops on its own. Doesn’t help at this point but I would reuse a pod to test if it works rather than use a new one each time :/ think should shoot out 500 ml

What if theres no light/power? The outlets im using have power but the machind suddenly doesnt even light up nor work
Maybe it overheated? If so leave unplugged for 30 mins and plug back in. Take off water tank and put back on. No lights when press button?

If you have cleaned and done descale you may have to do a factory reset. Sometimes you have to let it cool down as well

none of these work. descaling will allow it to work one time. but im not going to go through multiple pods and descaling it every time i use it.
