I'm 18 and I have changed opinions on a lot of stuff, one of the most important for me was to become vegetarian (hopefully vegan). I love how the videos are including more and more footage of Frankie. It started with just a single shot here and there, and pretty soon we'll be watching 29 minutes of Frankie, followed by a quick one-minute recipe! And that is in no way a complaint! 😂💚
I did not screw this up! I usually eat tofu the same way you feed it to Frankie. I ate it over a bed of steamed broccoli with lots of jalapenos, gluten does not like me. Lorenzo Bartolini, my Yorkie, and Sophie my poodle mix send Frankie their love. Thank you for teaching me how to cook, as I stated before, you are a beautiful soul.

Wow! I made this dish for my family today and used Violife mozzarella shreds. Everyone loved it and said it tasted like a vegan Philly non-chicken cheesesteak. It was absolutely delicious! Omg Derek, I’ve been vegan for a long time but never liked tofu until I started watching your channel. Made it this morning for my wife and I and we didn’t have bread so used a gf tortilla wrap (almond flour ones from Costco ) and they were soooooo freaking good. I tossed some fresh spinach into the frying pan too and let it wilt into the tofu mixture. Thanks for all you do man !!

Just received my copy of The Wicked Healthy Cookbook !!!! So excited!!! I’ve had 2 strokes and one heart attack (at 65, almost 2 years ago, but getting better everyday, b/c of several major positivity changes, #1 = Eating Whole Foods, plant based. I worked 26 years as a night nurse. Eating garbage heavily processed foods on the run. But in the last 15 months my weight is now 122, and I eat ONLY PB. Nothing processed, make everything myself. No pharmaceuticals. Only a couple of pure supplements. I know that eating pure, clean, locally grown foods have turned my vessels around. Headaches lowered. More energy. And YES as I get stronger, I’m joining groups, getting involved to educate in as many ways as possible. My best to Frankie ❤ (My loves are Louis & Carmella). Thank You for all you’ve done and do. This has to be the first recipe I have seen that did not add seasonings. And still it looked so delicious. I know the power of onions and garlic making food taste grate, and I'm sure there was some salt in the vegan butter. But looked so delicious.
My gawwwwd, that was deeeelish! I didn't have pickled jalapenos, so I used some Trader Joe's Roasted Red Pepper Almond Pesto. I bought it some time ago and didn't realize it wasn't vegan until I got it home. I'm not militant about my plant-based lifestyle, so don't sue me, people! Anyhoooo, this sandwich rocked my world and my hubby's. Muchas gracias for your videos. Looking forward to trying the lasagna recipe next.

kinda depressed and unmotivated today, but You made me smile....thank you....ate something similar last night but faster prep...just warmed tofu and a large handful of arugula, oilive oil n vinegar with some feta tossed in and Ezekiel bread.....so wonder full and filling. sometimes I add a layer of mashed lima beans for the added fiber
People need to see how versatile tofu is. That looked easy and delicious and I am always looking for tofu recipes. BTW: If you only have tofu in water, a vegan chef told me to put it in a pot with some water and boil it for 7 minutes...and that is what I do when I make tofu salad or breaded tofu.
Loooooved the video - fun - soothing and just plain AWESOME. This looks amazing. I'll probably swop out the heat though with... gerkin slices? Friday nights is home-style take-out night.... definitely giving this a try! I'm trying to make my own basic ingredients as most things vegan is rediculously expensive in my country, especially tofu and forget about trying to find vegan cheese - it's a work in progress. I have a beagle that also loves food; he watches everybody cook from the comfort of the couch that overlooks the kitchen... he misses nothing.

I just went to the grocery store and lingered over the tofu selection for a long time - I love tofu - but I didn't have a need in the immediate future for tofu and I'm notorious for buying things and then freezing them and then they just live in my freezer forever so I didn't buy any and came home and watched this video and kicked myself for not getting some. Now I'm tormented.....is it worth a trip back to the grocery store????

Love your friends, don't eat them! Thank you for all you do to raise awareness, and thank you to Frankie for being such a good assistant. I just went to the grocery store and lingered over the tofu selection for a long time - I love tofu - but I didn't have a need in the immediate future for tofu and I'm notorious for buying things and then freezing them and then they just live in my freezer forever so I didn't buy any and came home and watched this video and kicked myself for not getting some. Now I'm tormented.....is it worth a trip back to the grocery store????
