Rui's simple basketball fundamentals are his greatest strength.
His game reminds me of Kawhi. I’ve been saying he should start because he can play defense and contribute to the offense better than prince.

Rui has such an old school game, no tricky dribbles. Straight post game, 3-point pace shooter, mid range lays and post fadeaways. Phil Handy and Lebron are the perfect teachers for his game, it reminds me of Kawhi so much.

I may have bias because I am Japanese (mixed), but I still think he can be an All Star in this league. He had flashes of that as a Wizard, and it's consistency not just from him but from the system that he can thrive in. Great game from Rui, he needed this game to give him confidence.

Imagine he would be still eating his nails on the bench and play 15 minutes if their were not this series of injuries. Ham has been criminal in his use and abuse of use of certain players, we would be much higher with a better coach.
