My whole reason for loving HF began on the "Sing Off" and Austin's voice! From there I began to learn more and more about each individual's incredible talent. Also, crystal clear water is a great way to describe Peter's voice.
I really like that on hymns and other serious songs they tend to put such emphasis on the SONG rather than the SINGER. It always makes the emotional impact much deeper!

This song is magical!! In my opinion, and I have said it several times before, it is one of the two greatest songs EVER written. The other song is "How Great Thou Art". I doubt even Bill Gaither would give me much of a debate on that one. And I feel that Austin is the ONLY one that could have even been considered for the last verse of each of those songs. He just brings the praise when he takes it up. As a lot of people like to say, "This one hits me in the feels". Great reaction!! Keep 'em coming!

How much do I love, Home Free?
Enough to listen to Xmas songs year-round, which I don't normally care for. To listen to heavily religious song occasionally, which I normally despise. And have a Home Free Spotify playlist that I use for vocal warm-ups because scales are mind numbingly boring, and they cover my whole range.
This version knocked my socks off. It was just that good! Thank you!

I absolutely adore Home Free and Peter Hollens. They have amazing voices but I must suggest that you check out "Losing You" by Chris Botti featuring Vince Gill. Vince Gill has the purest, most beautiful, most soulful tenor voices I have ever heard. Well worth the listen!

Please react to videos of Austin singing " Bring Him Home" from Les Miserables. A Home Free concert goer recorded it. There may be more than one on RUclips. Austin was performing musical theatre before he joined Home Free. Makes me cry every time I hear him.
I checked out that video yesterday and she has such a lovely voice. There aren't many solo high tenor country artists out there, but I do think Austin, Chance or Tim could be successful on thier own, Rob would be better in the Jazz/ Soul genre because you can feel the smooth silky texture of that voice of his. I just think them all being together, they are so unique all of them and getting noticed everywhere and I hope they stay together as well and continue to blow us away.

I don't think anyone else mentioned this so I thought I would. Even though there weren't many closeups and no solos, apparently Adam is singing throughout this recording. Now, I know he can sing, but it doesn't happen often. No beatboxing needed here, so we get SIX voices. No wonder the sound is so full and lush.
