I'm just flabbergasted by just how crazy this world is. Some people living so large and some living with so little. I am pretty sure that I could match this mansion's monthly money expense of only the air conditioning part of the electric bill I could pay my, my mother's and my pets monthly living expenses here in Colombia.
Being the practical person that I am, how hurricane proof is this gorgeous and amazing space. Love all the glass and natural light, but are there outside very strong steel shutters that cover all this in the event of a say Cat 3 or 4?. I'd immediately install several generators as well to keep essential appliances and lights running. This is a very beautiful and very well designed home. Am hoping those pillars throughout provide extra support for the actual house structure. I'm not much of a modernist, but this hits an area between too modern and very classical design. I'd live there.

Could you use a wider angle lens and not constant interruption with narrow shot b roll? You use a narrow shot on you for a few seconds and then disconnected b roll, that means you lose the layout more or less completely. You'd have to painstakingly piece together the layout as a mystery puzzle. Use a wider lens, actually show the house. It's not about you and you need the continuity.

If you buy a home like this i imagine you would want one of these projectors you just put on the floor and can use the entire wall as a cinema screen in the home cinema room. 😊 Instead of have to hang the projector on a wall.

Plus it just feels special, like you’re actually in a theater. And if you’re dropping $10 million on a mansion, you might as well drop $100k on a real cinema 4K digital projector.

Enclosed, the entrance area would have been narrow and uninviting. Thanks to you and your brother, for showing these properties to us in a way that only you guys can! Just some constructive criticism: maybe don’t record your videos during the middle of the day. There is too much white light and your video seems a bit “bleached” out. Also, this house is so beautiful, you may want to record some video at night just to show a potential buyer what the house looks like at night.
