Good job baiting black knight against demons :) And I see you didnt need to use BIG ARROWS to whack the worm! You got most of the items in the ruins. Poor Horace, though. But he could've said something (hehe). I think you'll like the next area, its gorgeos. Tip during fights for dudes with large weapons - this type of weapons have HYPER ARMOUR(great boost to poise, you are almost unstaggerable in heavy armour) but it only works DURING the attack - you see this in action with knight Tsorig when he whooped you for the first time. So you/or they can be staggered before and after attack, during recovery time. you need to time your swings to meet the opponent attack to not be staggered. Ultra weapons and big monsters can stagger you even then, if you arent wearing heaviest of armours and other gear. So outmaneuvering is necessary. Learn to use your weapon skill more - it is great and sends people flying :) ANND now for Hints: The bridge sometimes needs to be crossed twice, especially when you are well rested. Other people may be interested in your escapades, talk to them after. And their friends for the good measure. When you find the path through DISTANT places, you'll know that this is not the way to go, yet. Turn back and wade through shallow, unclean water first. There will be meal afterwards.
and second hint - sometimes that what is hidden, NEEDS to stay hidden. DO NOT finish what you started then, it is bad luck to do that in holy place anyway. And in more general tips - try to be embered after resting on new bonfires, usually it will be worth it.
This tip confused me for a long time... now after I made the Huge mistake I understand it... taking it back is gonna take a lot...
