    Dr. Cheng thank you for the session. It's not only an opener. I have dabbled into many things such as meditation, positive thinking, being aware of breath, also watching my thoughts, reading to expand my awareness so I can improve my life, life conditions, especially of my chattering thoughts. So often, emotional bursts, thoughts, reactions to present, past or future events, whether real or not. Most times, haunted by childhood traumas, so continuing the blame etc. It's being stuck in that place every day, every moment. I was looking for relief! After last evening, the session had different experiences ... First thing in the morning, I felt a bit of an unfamiliar feeling, slowly being aware of my surroundings. I used to rush things, didn't take time to enjoy, and always got it done with a lot of anguish, blame and fatigue. Today lots of inner peace, clarity and more awareness. I had about 5 hrs sleep, yet felt calm, when my dog woke me early in the morning to go out to do his business. It became a rewarding walk. I am well aware, I like to control things, but I wasn't aware of my control of the breath. Which is a challenge... Difficult at first, but I can incorporate with my every moment activity. I don't need to isolate myself to a room, book, video, or people. I am being and living it. It has brought me a positive experience, so I am looking forward to embracing Life rather than blame. 🙏🙏🙏 God bless!

    Is this 5.5 breathing?
