Carbon Dioxide is the key to getting more Oxygen in your Brain
Просмотров 5 тыс.Год назад

Nitric Oxide. Why nasal breathing may not be enough ?
Просмотров 7 тыс.Год назад
The benefits of nasal breathing and Nitric Oxide is well documented. Nasal breathing helps with the production of Nitric Oxide. However, the production of Nitric Oxide is dependent on the Carbon Dioxide level in the body. Low Carbon Dioxide means less Nitric Oxide production even with nasal breathing. • @georgefirth
      @georgefirth 9 месяцев назад

      Reduce the size and volume of your breathing. Breathe through your nose. Breathe light, breathe slowly and breathe deeply into the belly/diaphragm. If you feel like you need to breathe more, its because your co2 levels have gone up. Make sure its not stressful on the body if you practise it. I highly recommend everyone using a buteyko practitioner in order to practise breath work. Its very powerful stuff, so you want to do it right. Doing it wrong can leave you in a worse place than before.

    Dr. Cheng thank you for the session. It's not only an opener. I have dabbled into many things such as meditation, positive thinking, being aware of breath, also watching my thoughts, reading to expand my awareness so I can improve my life, life conditions, especially of my chattering thoughts. So often, emotional bursts, thoughts, reactions to present, past or future events, whether real or not. Most times, haunted by childhood traumas, so continuing the blame etc. It's being stuck in that place every day, every moment. I was looking for relief! After last evening, the session had different experiences ... First thing in the morning, I felt a bit of an unfamiliar feeling, slowly being aware of my surroundings. I used to rush things, didn't take time to enjoy, and always got it done with a lot of anguish, blame and fatigue. Today lots of inner peace, clarity and more awareness. I had about 5 hrs sleep, yet felt calm, when my dog woke me early in the morning to go out to do his business. It became a rewarding walk. I am well aware, I like to control things, but I wasn't aware of my control of the breath. Which is a challenge... Difficult at first, but I can incorporate with my every moment activity. I don't need to isolate myself to a room, book, video, or people. I am being and living it. It has brought me a positive experience, so I am looking forward to embracing Life rather than blame. 🙏🙏🙏 God bless!

    Weird, I lowered mine with keto, so did my husband (he's type 2 diabetic) since it's your unhealthy diet (high carb, high sugar, highly processed) that causes insulin resistance (Hyperinsulinemia) which then causes changes in lipids, inflammation in arteries, thickened arterial walls. Salt is not the culprit if your doctor told you to cut back, it's insulin resistance causing you to reabsorb all the salt you take in. Once you lower your glucose intake and therefore insulin can come back down, you lose sodium that was stored. It also could be a mineral imbalance, not enough potassium--which balances out sodium if you are not insulin resistance. Hope this helps someone!

In my opinion and research,anyone with auto-immune disorders, cancer or infections should not have implants and that any well working body will try to eliminate foreign bodies from itself. Instead, your gut biome can break down nitrate (nitrogen+3 oxygen) into nitrite (nitrogen+2 oxygen). It may be linked to disease when the body can't handle it- of course there would likely be other factors. If you want a chart, search optimum food chart jonas sunshine & you will see a free pdf.
