What is probably most helpful about your presentation is you showing what all the buttons and indicator lights do. Gratitude.

Thank you for demonstrating. Does it make a difference if the volume on iPhone is up or down while recording?

I would say yes and no.
      Here is why:
      1. No, the mic unit itself has a built-in controller from the transmitter where you can set the volume at whatever level you want, and the mic would be manage from the transmitter.
      2. Yes, I've not tested mine on my iPhone so I don't know for sure or not but most likely; if the phone has a mode where it allows you to manage the external mic input volume then yes the volume level from the mic might cause some interference and it would then make a difference.
On my gopro, when I test all of the mic recording options and use the mic; there is one option where if I set the gopro volume to level 3 and set the TTQ volume to 5 and start recording a video then it would only capture at a 3 level 3 overall.
I hope that make sense to you but it might not be an issue on your iPhone if your mic volume setting isn't set to be manage by the volume [buttons]. You should be good.

Thank you for your review! Does the display on the mics show the volume? Or only from the receiver

Appreciate you checking the review and the channel. The volume on the mics are only viewable on the receiver since it only has a display that show it.
On each of the mic; you can mute and change sound mode of how the mic will record audio/sound but more controls are only available on the receiver piece.
I hope that help you out.
