So my mom makes the best egg curry, when I say the best believe me it’s better than restaurants but I chose to follow this recipe and turns out my egg curry turned sweet. My mom asked me which recipe did I use so I told her about this. She explained that you always crush the onion and then fry the paste. Caramelising them first adds an undesirable sweetness. So guys first make a paste then fry it. This recipe is better for paneer. This is my honest opinion. Thank you.

This type if gravy can be made & kept in the fridge for 4-5 days, which is very convenient for working women. I make this often. Cooking time is reduced. I use this gravy for other sabzis too like alu matar, phul gobhi, kofta curry, mixed vegetable sabzi, adding different masalas like kitchen king, pav bhaji masala, malvani masala . . .so that all the sabzis don't taste the same. For paneer sabzi, I add a piece of raw beetroot & milk while grinding. If 1-2 tbsp of ghee is added at the end, before serving, it enhances the taste.

This type if gravy can be made & kept in the fridge for 4-5 days, which is very convenient for working women. I make this often. Cooking time is reduced. I use this gravy for other sabzis too like alu matar, phul gobhi, kofta curry, mixed vegetable sabzi, adding different masalas like kitchen king, pav bhaji masala, malvani masala . . .so that all the sabzis don't taste the same.
For paneer sabzi, I add a piece of raw beetroot & milk while grinding.
If 1-2 tbsp of ghee is added at the end, before serving, it enhances the taste.
