Ingredients:
For stuffing :
Cauliflowers - 400 grams
Garlic cloves - 12
Green chilli - 4
Ginger - 3 inch
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 4 tbsp
Cooking oil - 2
Salt to taste
For dough:
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Salt -1/2 tsp
Water

@@KabitasKitchen good morning didi,aaj maine mere restaurant mein khud hi ye paratha banaya....morning mein breakfast karne students aate h,unhe bahut pasand aaya....thx,ek aur baat,agar gobi ke mixture mein aap chaat masala ya aamchur powder milayege toh paratha ki taste double ho jayegi
Just add powdered poha in the mix and your paranthas will come out great...
