I really like this story, and how it points out the problems of having a negative mindset and just assuming the worst of a situation. Also I like the reason Moe wanted to talk to Kazuki was that they both agreed on something and it looked like he and Otani had a lot of fun talking. I like that Moe pointed out that she decides who is good enough for her and no one else and how she kept telling him to not worry what others think. The class and that couple just finding excuse to insult Kazuki were really messed up and I am glad that Moe called both groups out on that. This has become one of my all-time favorite manga dubs! It is very refreshing to see an extrovert childhood friend be a wingman and not a betrayer. In fact, Otani may be one of the best wingmen I've ever seen in a manga dub! I don't blame Amamori for turning her Horie down though; I would've probably done the same thing. It's much better to be humiliated by turning down the popular girl than it is to be recorded accepting a fake confession.
So,in layman's terms, even if you turn down a confession, thinking it might be a prank or something just to avoid being made into a joke, you're called an asshole in the end? To be fair, it's understandable to have that way of thinking but at the same time, the mc is annoying too and not just cause he likes anime (I do too) but for putting himself down. The thumbnail reminds me of a similar premise where the dude turns the girl down and he finds her and the chick gets agro upon seeing said mc.looked clean and nicely drawn in each panels. Paul's acting really gets to me, especially when he was coughing upon seeing horie in the city had me dying 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 the drawings and the backgrounds always makes my day spark with life. The dialogue tends to annoy to some extent (mostly amamori) but the exchanges are on point. Horie made good points on who decides to be friends with. I've heard it a couple of times but it tends to not get mentioned sadly. I also liked how she bought the same shirt he did after the movies when those 2 couples mocked him for it. So,in layman's terms, even if you turn down a confession, thinking it might be a prank or something just to avoid being made into a joke, you're called an asshole in the end? Jesus, you can't win with these people or everyone in this case, can you? To be fair, it's understandable to have that way of thinking but at the same time, the mc is annoying too and not just cause he likes anime (I do too) but for putting himself down. I was surprised the fmc was chill about the whole thing. I was expecting her to ask him why did he turn her down and that would be the end of it. Otani is a real bro here. This art style looks so new it feels like a mix of other manga drawings on this channel. The thumbnail reminds me of a similar premise where the dude turns the girl down and he finds her and the chick gets agro upon seeing said mc.looked clean and nicely drawn in each panels. Paul's acting really gets to me, especially when he was coughing upon seeing horie in the city had me dying 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 the drawings and the backgrounds always makes my day spark with life. The dialogue tends to annoy to some extent (mostly amamori) but the exchanges are on point. Horie made good points on who decides to be friends with. I've heard it a couple of times but it tends to not get mentioned sadly. I also liked how she bought the same shirt he did after the movies when those 2 couples mocked him for it. Please,for the love of God,gives us no spineless mcs here!
