Every employer reads your resume, but very few look at them for future in house opportunities which is really.. sad. For example I went to IT school I got all my Certs, I'm employed at a Printing company that was looking for help in the IT Department, my employer never even thought of me even though it was on my resume when I first got hired. It's sad because it cost the company less money to hire with in, than to hire from the outside.
Finding a job in 2024 can be overwhelming if you don't have a clear plan. My tutorials focus on helping educators navigate this tough market and secure roles beyond education.
