The demons look so much better with the hair and medallion textures. The 3rd game showcased their full designs but the mystique of them being in the weave was lackluster.

Actually, Rosa invokes Madama Khepri, not Madama Butterfly, but she doesn't even have a concept art, she just apears in Rosa's shadow, that's why they kept Madama Butterfly

No, she had art. They just didn't have time to fully model her, so they used Butterfly as a stand-in.
