Ruth Imelda is a cute little boat 🛳 Those old buildings are cool looking! Don’t you wish they could “talk” and tell you their history?!? Mint 🌱 & Chocolate 🍫 YUM 😋
The Mint and Chocolate Cafe sounds, by its name, like it would be a great place to visit. The sky reflecting on the harbour water was so pretty. I like that there were seats where you could rest now and then, except if it was close to the wind turbine. The wind turbines I have seen up close are noisy so that noise would spoil the peaceful water scenery. Thankyou for sharing this ❤
Thanks Tracy for the walkabout love seeing the water and the boats I’m glad you’re having a nice day we are having some unseasonable weather right now and low humidity only in the low 70s but I’ll take it it’s great
What an enjoying video Tracy. Thanks for sharing. You should have popped Gary into the video. That chocolate and mint cafe looked interesting what did you have? Couldn't have been just tea?? Lol . You never said
it was actually closed when we got to the entrance there was a micro pub next door but we didn't go in, Gary hates micro pubs. We had some crisps on the water front
Thanks for sharing. A treat as I sit here in landlocked Kentucky, USA. We do have some majestic rivers not too far away. But haven't seen the ocean up close in years. Nice video, though I had to turn away or fast forward a few times when the panning was too fast for my eyes. Started to feel a little woozy. LOL. BTW I love the look of the skies above, so many clouds, some foreboding, some fluffy white. Usually on days like that you'll get the treat of a sunburst coming through an opening in the clouds, just glorious. I'm sure your walk that day was a treat, in person. A blessing, if you think about it. I was fascinated by the old architecture when I visited London, Spain and Italy, years ago. Nothing in the U.S. is remotely old, in comparison, especially on the West Coast where I grew up. Thanks again!
I love how beautiful the water looks! Thank you for sharing! I love seeing other places in the world. Tracy has there been any more damage that happened when the hillside broke loose near your home?
hi Mary none since the couple of after slips straight after the main one. The official word is that it was a sink hole that took the ground from under the house
The water at the beginning looked like glass...beautiful 💗. I love the history and the different boats. I too love the sound of the water!! Thank you so much for taking me with you 🥰
I wish we had windmill fields in Georgia (USA). They are putting acres and acres of solar panels in our area. They are really ugly. They are taking farm land and putting in the solar panels. 😢
Wow love your out and abouts 🤟🤟

Thank you for a lovely walk. I don't know this part of the island. The power station on the Isle of Grain was oil-fired, but it is no longer in use.

@@rockssteady8793 your welcome and thanks again
Well, Tracy just returned my internet box, silly people wanted to know who was talking in my purse. Watch hours, Hallelujah!
Well, I have never heard that before about “wharf” and I grew up on the ocean.
i know its a cool fact isn't it lol

Hi Tracy, that is good news that there is no new slips. I feel so sorry for the family who lost their home. Take care my friend!
