Reverse order question: We installed Artspira (using my Brother login credentials) on my devices and it showed that logo on page 13. Then I used the MyConnection code (from the card that has 3 codes) to the register button screen. I can’t delete the Artspira icon from the machine. Have I voided that first # for My Connection? I have since created an account for CanvasWorkspace by creating a separate login (which I should have done first). What is the best way to proceed to get everything talking to each other?

Artspira is available for mobile devices only. It is compatible with Android 8.0 or later and iOS 13.0 or later. You can visit your Google Play or App Store to download the Brother Artspira app.
I have the SDX225, after updating the machine to 1.70 it no longer will transfer wirelessly from my Windows computer to my SDX225. Do I HAVE to have Artspira downloaded onto my phone or Ipad in order for it to work again?

I am disappointment brother dose not support older machines i don't upgrade to a dx because of all the investment in software already boughten will not move over to a new machine . I have 4. Brother machines and don't feel brother appreciates costumer loyalty's by not making new software compatible with Older model machines .

Why doesn’t Artspira have an app on MAC?? I have a airbook and my canvas workspace is on it but I can’t find Artspira!!
I’m glad you asked; I have the same issue with my MAC desktop…message tells me my MAC cannot support…?
