sad to say that was me in the n70 in the end it was my key broken and the chip inside it had to be close to the ignition for my car to start 😭 i had no idea it could’ve been that but hey we learn from our mistakes…
As always boys, it's refreshing to see 4wding done without tearing up tracks and vehicles for entertainment and likes, unlike another popular channel on YT.
Brilliant 👍👍👍 As usual “real” vids, no selective edits, no showboating, no outrageously expensive vehicles / kit and no excuses… Well done👍👍 (And take some notes Ronny )
@@Hillbilly973Well that's going to be a rabbit hole indeed. Perhaps far less hubris and a little more humility would be a great start . Secondly the target audience for the Aussie Arvo boys is that of average "Joe" not inner city hipsters, yuppies or cashed up FIFO workers so there is that.

Another good one lads, I learned to drive in Colorado in the winter (November birthday) and I still reckon it's mental you drove this in the snow the first time. Really get a good sense of how decent a track it is in this vid.
An epic start to your road trip. I agree with you on your thoughts on Mt Wellington. Like the Blue Rag Range Track, it's one of the most picturesque tracks in the VHC. Great episode gents. Fantastic viewing. 👍
Great video! Brings back good memories of camping and 4wding around Licola, and Dargo across to Mt Hotham. Well produced video, very entertaining. I only noticed the music towards the end of the video. Most other channels have loud intrusive crap music, yours is lowkey - excellent.
Great one boys, love that part of the HC 🤙Pretty sure Billy Goat is mainly known for the most elevation over the shortest distance in Victoria's HC. The lookout at The Pinnacles is second to none.
Thanks Daves! That really means alot mate! didn't have to do that ! Got heap of cool stuff planned for the future ! We can't wait ! Cheers - Aussie Arvos Boys !
Saw a lot of breakdowns that weekend included my mates wheel falling off on his BT50 on butcher country track. Limped it to a camp site and had a 8 hour round trip into Traralgon to get new studs. Only good part of the day was driving past you guys as you were heading into licola. 👍
another great vid blokes. ps. that hilux needs to lower his lift. IFS works best between 0 and 40mm lift. less chance of breakage, plus you'll actually have down travel then. also you can actually fit 285s on 0 lift with the correct setup
hi, . good to see Dan out with you again.thought we might see some winching in this one but no,it didnt happen.how did your broke down buddies go? again awesome country to travel,i dont think there is anywhere in the world that has better bush than Australia.paddy said he took weight off the arse end.did that make a good difference?great review of the Dargo pub.kinda hard to beat the atmosphere of a crowded bush pub.again great video.👍
Big question and hope you can answer. I have a camper trailer hooked up to my 2003 commodore. I just bought an Audi 2l tfsi with no towbar. Would you: a fit a towbar to the q5 or. Run an awning with a swag
Ohan i cant wait does anyone know if blue rag and billy goats is open in winter going up in august i know proberly not the best time but it what i could get off so im sending it no such thing as bad weather
From the Hilux quitting seen it plenty of times with Toyota d4d, pumps stop lifting fuel to themselves put a cheapo 'click clack' pump on it between filter and fuel pump and it'll drive mint. Usually use the ignition live off air flow meter to trigger relay
OMG ! I think Only well maintained truck can go up there and skills! Maybe that Hylux had broken fuel stop solenoid valve or positive spade cable had came off it? Poor guy!
Man, my first 4x4 is my toyota hilux. I thought the brand and model was synonymous with reliability but mine blew up at 210,000kms, 10,000kms after i bought it. Really disappointed
Back in the day it wasn't the journey, it was what you did at your destination. Which for us older guys was Surfing, Fishing & Hunting. We lived off the land & it was a great way of life then, much harder to do these days but many still do. No disrespect but you are fairly soft really. I still don't mind your vids. 👍
There cannot be any criticisms here. Even though you looked, at times, a little amateurish. Overall you've already got some great skills but you are both really young. In 10 years you will own the tracks. I wonder how many smartar#es out the filmed their young lives and put it out there for all to see. Good on you young fellas

You guys are better than that OTHER Aussie 4wd channel. Keep it up :)

Does Billygoats gets repaired over time or is it just getting ground down over time?

Gold commentary by nate dog as usual. You need your own yt channel
