it's pretty much a pun
It took me a few seconds to realize that the backing track was "Pull Me Under" cuz it fit with the "One" riffs so well.
There are also clips of Dream Theater playing "Master of Puppets" live pretty close to note for note, but with little of the power and energy Metallica would put into it.
These 2 songs blend perfectly.
