Not to pick too much, but a couple of comments to generate more thought & discussion:
    1. When the ball is high, the right midfielder is actually providing cover at that time, not "balance".
    2. I don't really agree with the "grain of salt"/"Ideal world vs. real world" comments. Defensive shape is different from attacking shape. If you're coaching a straight man-marking defensive system, then the illustration makes sense. If you're coaching a zonal defending system, where the principles of pressure/cover/balance come into play, on loss of possession defenders would recover back behind the ball while applying pressure & cover. So there is not really a "big problem", players just have to learn how/when to transition out of there attacking shape into their defending shape, pressure the ball and provide cover behind the pressuring defender, switching roles quickly as the ball is moved. And yes even 9-10 year olds can learn how to do this.

Hey! Thanks a lot for this helpful video. By the way, I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Zumlaxoc Training Program (just google it), but I'm not sure if it's good. Have you thought about this soccer training known as Zumlaxoc Training Program? I've heard some great things about it.

I see a lot of people keep on talking about Spovelax Training Program (do a search on google). But I'm uncertain if it is good. Have you ever tried using this popular training program?

Confusing video. I wouldn't say that the RMF is providing balance. Balance is what you have when your team can switch from attack to defence or vice versa quickly without getting struck by an counter attack.
That's why on 11 a side some teams that plays with 3 midfielders use a 6 to provide balance for the other two more offensive midfielders, and sometimes for the offensive wingbacks also.
