With my second pregnancy I ate dates every day for the last month, and I delivered 2 weeks earlier (39 wks) than I did with my first baby (41 wks)! I can’t know for sure, but I think they helped. I just ate them with peanut butter and they were good!
I was telling a friend about this recently. I followed your advice and ate dates in the last month of pregnancy and my son was born within 20 minutes of arriving at the hospital fully dilated and ready to push. He was out in no time! I wish I knew this for my prior pregnancies, and I make sure to tell it to every pregnant woman I know.
Thanks for the reminder! Pregnant with my 7th and legitimately forget I’m pregnant sometimes 😂😂

Always check in with your provider, but the main thing to watch with dates is that they can be high in sugar.
I dont know the benefits of dates during pregnancy.
