- Cheers to the devs for giving me a copy of the game. I also saw them streaming it on Steam dressed like Jesus Christ so that was pretty cool. It's honestly just a really nice and fun survival RTS. The physics add an extra element to it, and it plays a lot nicer than They Are Billions in my opinion.

I just imagine like a scene where you're about to get crushed by a giant boulder, your friends were panicking and you just went "No need to panick guys, the animator haven't finish making this scene yet."

Is “Sir Duncan Ironbow” a purposeful or accidental parallel to Duncan Idaho?
Probably purposeful. The devs have a sense of humor and would likely find it funny to see how many people get that reference.
The names sound alike but the reference has sadly gone over my head.
History class was never my strong suit, i can barely remember my own in detail.
@@fishpop Duncan Idaho was one of the characters in the book Dune. In the book, he was a renowned warrior.
To be fair, it's a lot harder to argue the non-existence of divine right when the royalty calls down a magical ion cannon.
An interesting detail in that "The devs aren't done yet" cutscene; is that the counsellor has his arm in a sling. Well it's more like a noose for his arm but that's the medieval ages for you.
This game has really strong “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy” feel in it’s sense of humor. The description of the uncle’s castle was one of those out-there similes Douglas Adams liked to use

They could not be more promising with this game. The story is funny, the gameplay looks just complex enough to be challenging and rewarding, the art style is endearing and not system breaking, and there’s enough different things you can do each mission to play the, entirely differently.

it probably moves faster than they are billions because you dont have to worry about 1 zombies sneaking in and rather quickly turning 200 people into zombies

I found rebelling to be easier than the alternative, don't know why.
Actually I agree, having since gone back and played the other route. While I still won, it was waaaay closer to a defeat. I think the main reason was rebel camps were so much more common and spread throughout the whole map. I couldn't clear them all in time.
