Great vid! The flight attendant's comments after they landed were perhaps the most courteous, clear stated comments I think I ever heard. He should be promoted and sent to United's FA school to teach others the art of true customer service.
Great flight, I enjoy following along on google earth, especially the section from just west of Cheyenne WY along the Colorado - Wyoming border all the way to the Bonneville Salt Flats. The Dredger Ponds/Goldfields east of Yuba on the approach are amazing, can't help wondering how much gold came out of there, and how much is still there, maybe a little deeper... Thanks
Interesting, you sometimes pass planes going the other way. On this flight, over Nebraska, right at 1:12:57 and 1:14:03 two jets pass, not so far apart!
Actually I think I saw two other planes besides the two you mentioned one before the above mentioned and one in the middle of the two you mentioned 🙄👽👽👽👽💫🍇🔭
You betcha: That's Salt Lake City, with Thurston Peak and Willard Peak dappled with snow from the heavy snowfall last winter (2022-2023). Good spotting!
